A remake of Maestro Mil's song
"Veronica" originally sang by the Three Kings that eventually evolved into
the Vikings that starred Visayan greats like Ramonito Del Rosario, Art
Maloy, and Stac Huguete until the group disbanded in 1962
The remake of the song was
recorded by Maestro Mil's son Eduard in New Jersey to preserve the
originality of the music because a lot of musicians who try to play Maestro
Mil's music don't play them correctly using the wrong chords at times
The group who re-enacted the Vikings
was a trio no other than the U.S. Visayan greats in the like of Dr. Rene
Sitoy, Tony Sitoy, and Lino Monares
They had a great time because they
were Maestro Mil's biggest fans in the U.S. and the Johnny walker blue label
Rene opened helped a lot as well
With the remake of this song, Maestro
Mil hopes to bring back fond memories from the past to many Visayans in the
Philippines and abroad
